Top notch Hotel Excellent service

Very good. Special shout out to Alex from the bar , Pay from reception and all other staff which made my stay very memorable

The staff are well-trained and their treatment is excellent. The service is great, and the room is excellent. The cleanliness and other facilities, such as the spa, massage service, and food and beverage service, were all amazing. My experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel

Booked the Club Room. High Tea from 2-4pm was great. Then from 5-7pm you can order off another menu. All was included with the Club Room. Expedia lists Buffet breakfast starting at 6am…it’s actually 7am. We had to leave at 6:30am so we could not have the buffet breakfast we paid for but the hotel had a breakfast box waiting for us at check out. Pool/spa area was beautiful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Very convenient to/from airport.

Every aspect of oir stay was impeccable

We had a truly luxurious and wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our doors were opened for us right away, and our butler, Pushkr, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Every detail stood out—from room service to the spa services and even the beautiful ambiance and signature scent of the hotel. We especially loved spending time at The Society Room inside the hotel. The service there was outstanding, with Alex, our waiter, and Ham, the mixologist, providing such warm and attentive customer care that it made the evening even more memorable. The front desk staff was also extremely understanding and accommodating when our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The entire property was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully maintained. We would absolutely return without hesitation. Another highlight was the hotel’s convenient location—just about 15 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars, the staff go above and beyond, they cannot do enough for you. We booked a club room and received full À la Carte breakfast every day, access to the club lounge with free hot and cold soft drinks 1pm to 10pm, afternoon tea 2pm to 4pm, hors d'oeuvres with cocktails and alcoholic drinks between 5pm and 7pm and butler service to our room.

Raffles is a modern, clean, sophisticated and well appointed hotel/ Even more impressive was the friendliness, cordiality and professionalism of the entire staff. Each staff member went out of their way to ensure my experience was optimized-at check-in, checkout, breakfast , in the gym, pool, housekeeping and lounge!
