Honestly I did not enjoy my stay at the Wheeler hotel. The whole place smells like smoke, every where including the hotel rooms. My room did not have toilet tissue, no soaps, and not enough towels. I have to go ask for them. Not good for non smoking person like me and I can't recommend family and friends

The room was clean, and we slept comfortably during our stay. The space was quite small, however, and there wasn’t much counter space available for personal items, so we ended up using the windowsill to hold some of our belongings. One thing future guests should be aware of is that there is no on-site parking. While that’s not necessarily a problem, visitors—especially those from out of state—should be very careful when parking nearby. Being from North Carolina and unfamiliar with the area, I knew not to park in front of a fire hydrant, but I wasn’t aware that parking in front of driveways is also prohibited, even when there are no obvious markings. Unfortunately, my car was towed, which resulted in a very expensive inconvenience. Although this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it would be helpful if they provided more guidance about local parking regulations or partnered with nearby businesses or suites to offer paid parking options. Many hotels already offer parking-only arrangements, similar to airport hotels that allow travelers to pay for parking without booking a room. I definitely would have considered that option, especially since it would have cost far less than retrieving my towed vehicle. Overall, the room itself was clean and comfortable, but parking is something guests should carefully plan for before arriving.

The staff we're supportive and gracious. The room was more then adequate and really suited my needs. Would definitely recommend, it was an excellent stay!

I felt the stay was good for the price. However, in the middle of the night, loud music from nearby rooms and the smell of tobacco smoke drifted into my room and bathroom, so I had to open the windows. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating — they refreshed my floor and room right away. The staff was helpful overall and took good care of me, especially since I was visiting from out of state. The staff was really helpful and made me feel taken care of!!!!!

The room was laid out excellently and the bed was comfortable. The ac worked very well and they even allowed for us to have our dog with us.

Listen it was fine n clean. Ac working bathroom clean nshower. Please fix soap dispenser and outlets in bsthroom
