There was a mixup with the room due to a change made in amount of days and Expedia changed room to one double instead of two. We didn’t know that until we checked in and the check in person helped to make it right. He was very accommodating thankfully. The are was scary and I would not chose that area again. The first room was on main floor and was very loud all night with banging doors and yelling. Second night we were on 2nd floor and it was much better.

Not a terrible place to stay, but quite noisy and so-so clean. Neighborhood is also rough if you are not accustomed to The Bronx, very busy and noisy. I guess price/quality is OK for this place. Staff was helpfull 👍

Room was very small. Metal bed frame squeaked and the bedding was old with cigarette burns and holes in the linens. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Room was a good size and clean. Check in was easy, BUT - it's noisy, and you're not sleeping much. Talking, banging, and crashing in the corridor all night every night

The property smell cigarettes to all the way in room. No shampoo. Just horrible experience very different from the pictures

It’s nasty in there base boards dirty toilet seat falling off sheets dirty and so is the pillows everything just doesn’t look kept up with

Easy check in and very clean place

I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug. I took a picture of it. I took a picture of the mattress. I took a video of it. I cannot sleep in that bed. The hot water took about 10 to 15 minutes to get hot. The area is a little sketchy, but it’s also by a lot of shopping stores and the train. Just don’t come out at night. But you get what you pay for right… would I stay here again probably not would I recommend this place probably not…but to each its own.
