Room was dirty, had empty condom wrapper left on the floor. Been try

It was a very nice and lovely establishment, we liked it.

The cleaning staff were fantastic. The oven was thoroughly cleaned and looked brand new. Really appreciate the care and professionalism!

The staff did an excellent job with the cleaning. The oven was spotless and everything was perfectly organized. Great attention to detail very satisfied.

It’s in a great location and definitely worth choosing

Thank you king Hotel

we left after one night, the rooms were dirty and smelly and even after being moved rooms we still found emergency accomodation as we had a small child with us and it was not safe to keep here there in these conditions.

The area around is good but the hotel room I stayed in lacked a bit more cleanliness. There was also no room service for the duration of my stay.

Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi oldu benim için staff çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi

I booked a room online, and got totally different one on the ground floor “although i requested online to be on the 2nd floor” When I asked about other available rooms, they offered other rooms with higher prices “although I already booked the room”. No parking spots, the road to reach there is closed with cars “If you are coming by taxi you will need to hold your luggage up the stairs” - more than 30 stairs. I also asked for refund excluding the first night and they rejected.
