Staff were helpful upon departure.

All is good except the AC isn’t working so I couldn’t sleep at night

Impeccable Property,amenities, room,toiletries, the best breakfast I ever had in my life, wonderful staff, cleanliness throughout, and good location for everything you want to see in Paris.

Good hotel, but it is not a 5-star hotel and there are better options for the price. The hotel is conveniently located and has many services available, but the rooms are not 5-star in terms of functionality. The bathroom was a nightmare. Specifically, the shower. The water did not switch between the shower head and the hand held sprayer. Water was coming out everywhere at the same time (main faucet, hand held sprayer, and overhead shower head), but none with enough pressure to actually take a proper shower. Also, the sink faucets were equally unusable. The hot water was scalding with strong pressure while the water pressure of the cold was weak. Adjusting it required precision and is something I would expect if staying at a cheap motel, but not a luxury hotel. Also, the faucet hot water faucet made a loud hissing sound when turned on. Perhaps this was just an issue with my room and other rooms are fine. Given that temperatures were record high during our stay, these “basics” (or lack thereof) were actually a big deal.

Very nice historical hotel.

We stayed at this hotel last March and had a wonderful experience. It’s truly a five star hotel. Located in the Opera district, the hotel feels like an extension of Paris’s grand opera culture, with beautiful décor and an elegant atmosphere throughout. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of delicious options each morning. From the exceptional service to the stunning design, every detail made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
