Clean room, amazing staff attentiveness Good breakfast Needs a spa or more fitness facilities

What made this stay spectacular was the staff!!! Impeccable staff! Very attentive, kind, accommodating, friendly, helpful and moved promptly to assist with requests and find solutions. Everyone was happy, smiling, respectful and so welcoming. If you don’t speak French the staff all spoke fantastic English and are extremely willing to accommodate your needs and translations for reservations etc. I loved how fast I could call for more towels and water for example and they would be delivered in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great! We good the apartment room and was spacious! Wish there was a spa and 24 hour gym but that doesn’t change my 10/10 review! I loved the super convenient WhatsApp communication for the hotel! Prior to my arrival o asked if they had any birthday surprises they could prepare for my mom and they set up her favorite flowers with a card and macaroons upon arrival. They promptly answer that WhatsApp messages!

Staff was very nice and welcoming, a bit too pushy at time and a bit overly friendly, there was also a bit of a confusion at the check in regarding the deposit and what types of cards (debit vs credit) could be used, but we worked it out. I think they could do with a bit of a more relaxed approach. The transfer from the airport was a bit odd as well, he was almost falling asleep many times at the wheel, which made my girlfriend very scared and upset, rightfully so. Once she told him and asked if he maybe needed to stop and rest or buy and redbull because he looked like he was falling asleep, he just denied it. But after this he managed to stay awake. Beds were super comfortable and nice. The breakfast was probably the worst I've seen in my life, I understand now why there was only use and two other couples at the breakfast. There was barely anything there and if you wanted something extra you had to order it. I ordered an avocado toast and it was probably the poorest 9 EUR avocado toast I've ever seen. It was just a normal white toasted bread, with some avocado cream and a poached egg on top. Nothing extra. Overall an OK experience, but I do not think I would stay here again.

Very old rooms and hotel need serious renovations. Should be a four star. Service was good.

Great location- staff pleasant. Had to wait 15 minutes for a drink at the hotel bar but other than that, a pleasant stay.

It is close to Champs Elysees and Arc de Triumph; enjoyed a beautiful walk. Our room felt a little stuffy, and there was an odor from the washroom sink drain that was off putting. Otherwise, would recommend.

I cannot even begin to express how wonderful our stay was at this property. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, friendly and responsive, especially Jonathan, Michelle and Giacomo. I don’t think I have ever felt so well taken care of at a hotel. Whenever I needed anything, I received it quickly. Additionally, my wife had a leg injury and they let us borrow a wheelchair for our entire stay.

Clean and spacious room. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Great location, near shops and restaurants.
