A perfect 4 night stay for us. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. The hotel is well kept and sparkling clean with high speed wi-fi and international TV stations and movie. Very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, …

Great stay overall. Good location and the staff is very helpful / friendly. The room was very clean. The only small downside was that the water in the pool was a little bit "not so crystall clear".

Clean nice room, Aircon very nice and cold. Very nice shower. Free included breakfast buffet was really nice with a LOT of options. Pool on the rooftop with great views of the city. Short walk to beach, plenty of things and food nearby. Eat at Que Huong Pho Com Vietnamese Restaurant down the street for a delicious meal! Watch out in the restroom by the pool as I stepped on glass and hurt my foot.. There were no more towels available to borrow for beach unfortunately, also not able to accommodate on that day for early check in at all which can be understandable. Many guests at this hotel.

Yes breakfast was fresh and varied. Room ,bed, shower good, housekepper wonderful, daily refresh, staff helpful and very polite ,specialy the registration and porter .

They can perhaps upgrade their gym and also provide sauna and massage services.

The stuff is helpful and they are very friendly. The only cons is the drain in the shower keeps getting choke and water takes some time to go down.

Good location, close to the beach, convenient shopping and food restaurants near by. Staff are nice.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was clean and abundant. Room was comfortable and sheets were clean.
