Very nice beachfront hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Beach view was so beautiful.Staff was professional and excellent customer service

After booking for 3 days when we checked in were given a room on the 10th floor. Very nice room which we liked very much. To our surprise the next day we were contacted by the hotel and told we would be moved to a different room as they had made a mistake. We were moved to the 35th and this room was not so nice. Towels were worn thin no wash clothes or garbage can in the room until we requested them. Curtains had holes in them.Due to disruption in travel plans booked 1 more night and waited to check out and back in hopefully getting a different room but nope, was told that was the only room available as 40 or 50 others checked out at the same time. The front desk clerk ignored my request for a different room. If you’ve never had a room on the 35th floor of a busy hotel you spend so much wasted time in the elevator. Elevator would be full going down and it would pretty much stop on every floor while everyone was crammed in. Very poor experience for our first time in Nha Trang. For that reason would not recommend the Panorama Hotel.

It's just ok. Can not use rooftop pool without paying even just to take a look. First room they gave us, the laminate flooring was so damaged, it was lifting, curled up, and soft in areas. Thought we would fall through to floor below. Like there had been a major flood . Got a room change. Flooring a little better. Staff hide in the corner of indoor pool area out of camera view and smoke. Butt their smokes in the plants. Out of 8 elevators, only one appears to work at any given time. Lines and packed with people. Needs some attention to maintenance or hotel is not going to last long. Worth the price but not as advertised. Good location. Housekeeping staff good.

The room smell very bad ( smell like mold) and only 3 elevators work out of 6. We left after the first night out of 4 nights. I would like to have my refund of my money.
