良い We chose this hotel for the laundry. Unfortunately the washer was leaking with water all over the bathroom we ended up cleaning it. Staff could not swap another room☹️it wasn’t happy stay😔

最高 I enjoyed the stay. My room was conveniently located in the same building as a grocery mart. The room met my needs. The communication could have been better. I had several questions due to the fact this was a family vacation and I rented three rooms. There were several calls I made from Helsinki to the UK where the business is done. I didn’t get anyone to answer several times which was tough after a long travel day. Eventually we got it sorted out and I’ll know how to handle it in the future if I stay again.

最高 Perfect location. Walkable to all things, tram right outside the hotel, room had all you needed - laundry, kitchen, etc. easy arrival check in and check out.
Unfortunately, somewhere in the hotel, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate for a bit one evening. The kitchen is great but the people there said sometimes people set the fire alarm off when cooking.
We did not use the breakfast service bc the location was so close to many places to get coffee and eat. The sushi restaurant inside the hotel was a perfect dinner for when we arrived. Easy and good. The market in the building was also very helpful.
We were on the back side of the hotel, the noise was pretty loud with the construction or cleaning in the early hours. Closing the windows made it better. We just came at a time when it was hot. We will stay at a Bob W. again. The concept is perfect for traveling.

Comfortable, spacious room. Most of the amenities of home (functional kitchen w/ dishwasher), washing machine. Grocery store, alko store, and many restaurants within the building. Quiet neighborhood. On a tram stop with convenient transport into the city center and beyond.

We travel a lot and have to say this is one of the best and most customer focused apartment providers we’ve experienced. Good quality in a great location and at a reasonable price. What’s not to like. 👍

No microwave. Only coffeemaker. No lights and power switch working in the bath room and entrance hallway. No one fixed the p r oblem. Very disappointing. Will never stay at this property

No reception desk but very clear information about how to get in. The studio was clean and the location excellent to visit everything on foot. Tramway in front of the building! Quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store in the building.

Pristine condition. Top finishes. Beyond spacious room (1 bedroom with kitchen) for family with 2 teenagers. Just wow!! Like the Ritz but better!!
