Muy atento el personal, Paulo nos brindo un mapa con las atracciones y nos indico las mejores maneras para movilizarnos en la ciudad. Todo siempre estuvo limpio y acomodando. De volver a Roma, también volveríamos a Orlanda.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Orlanda. It was very close to the Roma Termini which gave us easy access to trains and the metro. There were also good restaurants all around. Taxis had an easy time finding it. The elevator up to their floor was tiny and slow, but it didn't bother us. They gave us a large room because we had a lot of luggage. The only problem we experienced was that my relative (who was older and scared of falling) slipped around in the shower, which scared her. So, the second day, she refused to take a shower. The shower was fine for me. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Convenient location, clean, good staff. Only downside is the street noise in the summer night.

This is a hidden little gem, very close to the Roma Termini. We were looking for a place that was close to that train station as we had to catch an early flight to Napoli the next morning. The hotel was a little difficult to find and I ended up actually going to the wrong door but the hotel manager came and got me and led me into the main reception area and showed us the correct way to come in. I had also had a curling iron die out on me on the trip and was looking to find one and he went and walked down the street to a store to confirm that they had what I needed and then came back and told us. Where do you get that kind of service these days? The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, and the whole experience was truly delightful, at a fraction of the cost for what you pay at the bigger hotels. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A very conveniently located Hotel, less than 5mins walk from Termini station. The hotel is on the 3rd floor with a small lift. We were a family of 4 so had the quadruple room. Major attractions such as the Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Altare Della Patria and Pantheon are walkable. Lots of nearby Halal places to eat which was great for us (recommend Peri Peri Grill just around the corner). Breakfast was simple (pastries, fruit, bread, yoghurt, juice, etc) but functional. We had an early start on the last day and they provided is a tray full of breakfast items for the journey which was extremely nice of them. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The one minus, and not really the hotels fault is the noise outside at night, especially on our first night due to a construction lorry and rubbish trucks which meant a very disturbed sleep on the first night when we were all tired. However, a good choice for a conveniently located hotel, especially as it's only 2 Star.

Room was really clean and ideally located for all major attractions. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite (despite our lack of Italian). We thank Marco and family for making a memorable trip even more fantastic.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great stay. The room only had two pillows so we had to request more. The toilet broke when we first got there. The safe was broken so we had to carry our valuables around with us the first day. Even when they fixed the safe, it was still broken so the second day again we had to carry all our valuables. There’s no coffee in the room and although they offer coffee in a common area down the hall, you can only access it after 9 AM. So if you’re up and out early, no coffee for you. you can only access the breakfast between 8 and 10 so if you are an early riser and have early sightseeing, you’re out of luck. The shower was small as was the bathroom, and they have a really outdated blow dryer. On the other hand, air-conditioning worked so at least we had that.
