The hotel was good central near Rome termini they stil having some work going on but it din't disturb at all, the ar conditiining was very good as Rome was realy hot wile my visit ,the room was realy clean the staff was nice and helpfull

Hotel is ideally located if you are using termini station as a base. The staff members are all smiles, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is a plus.

What I like about Raeli hotel is so close to all tourist destinations in Rome. The staffs were helpful. The best thing is they can reserve a taxi ride from hotel to the airport. And the driver was punctual.

The location is fantastic, 200mts to Termini, surrounded by cafes and bars which are very reasonably priced.
The property is undergoing some upgrades which are needed but despite being old the rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

Hotel was old fashioned and like a labarynth trying to get from the reception desk to the lift and lift to room. Not all flat, some stairs, so not good with heavy suitcases. Room was o.k. Breakfast was good. Had little dealings with staff, other than at the reception desk, but no problems there air con was good.
