Our second stay here - fantastic spot, love the location, onsen, and although the rooms are very small they are nice. For the price this is the best hotel we've stayed in Japan!

Our room was small but gave us what we needed to start our Japan trip in Tokyo. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The public bath was such a lovely amenity and we enjoyed using it after a long day of crowded Tokyo sight seeing and shopping.

Getting worse not like the 2 years ago when the was there,,,

Everything was exceptional.... the staff, location to trams, 7-11 is at exit of the hotel etc. The only thing would be the rooms were tiny , think Smaller than NYC. If just sleeping there , it is perfect!

It’s kind of far from station so need to walk a bit with all your purchases. There are lots of dining options in the area thou.

Very stiff beds and pillows. Staff is nice. Close(ish) to a couple train stations. 7/11 in the lobby is nice

Good location and has a 7/11 attached to hotel. Room is on the smaller side but we liked having a little dining table.

The staff were so kind and respectful , the room was so clean, and everything was quick and easy! When I come back to this area again, this will 100% be the only hotel I would stay in. It’s in a great location too.

Seamless check in and check out experience. Complimentary items such as toothbrush, hairbrush, face mask, and other items at the lobby is a lovely offer. The property is modern and clean (there are a few dated scratches and marks on walls but that’s just usual wear). The rooms are rather small but if you stay organized, you’ll be fine. Having a 7/11 on premises with direct access through the hotel entrance is a plus. All in all a great experience.
