Endroit agréable avec personnel sympathique et aidant!

The staff were super nice and accommodating! They had English speaking staff which was nice. The room was decent but the pillows were horribly flat, I asked for more but they still just weren’t comfortable. The amenities are downstairs in the lobby which was kind of inconvenient but nice they have them. The laundry facility was nice too but it did not dry my clothes fully unfortunately. A plus about this hotel was the free happy hours of different kinds of drinks they provide also how close the train station.

Beautiful stuff who were very helpful. Happy hour includes free alcohol. The single rooms were very small, but I feel they could become bigger by having a king single in there rather than a double. A little bit of extra space in the room would make a huge difference. Especially if you travel with a large suitcase. It was cumbersome in the room with a large suitcase.

Very convenient location and helpful staff. Room was neat but a bit cramped dude to structural column.

This hotel room was very small (as expected for Tokyo). The bed was rather uncomfortable. The hotel has a washer/dryer but I would recommend skipping it. I really appreciated the free ramen.

We got awaked in the middle of night from a false fire alarm. There was no fire. False alarm. Terrible. Ruined my sleep.

Very clean and well kept, on the smaller side for people used to western accommodations.

The staff was incredible, we ended up chatting with most of them. Also the happy hour was really nice and relaxing in between all our plans. Even chatted with other hotel guests. The location is perfect as well.
