This is really an aparthotel, with no reception desk, code access to lobby, lift/floors and rooms.
The rooms are not serviced unless your stay is longer than 1 week.
There was some beat music playing (?next door building/ outlet below the room) early Sat and Sun mornings (ear plugs are provided for those who use them).
There is no hotel restaurant/bar

This was a new concept for me. There is no reception and everything is done via an app (check in/out, entering the hotel, room, lift etc). I never saw a staff member in the three nights we were there. One issue was that other than around a dozen lockers, which were always full there was nowhere to leave your luggage, which was a bit of an issue on the first and last day. Hotel was clean (although you don’t get your room cleaned unless you order it via the app) and it’s a good location but I found myself missing the old days: real staff, room service, minibar, etc

少しがっかり Looks nothing like the pictures - very very small. It's an e-hotel which means NO STAFF. If you arrive early, you can out your luggage in a locker but the lockers where full so I had to sit the tiny lobby until 3 pm.

Numa should be your first choice if you are looking for a simple, no fuss, & barebones, hotel experience where location is your top priority.
Keep your expectations tempered as we did not and we ended up quite disappointed when several things in our hotel room were faulty and barely functioning. Other than the inconsistencies in room temperature and fan speed, the creeky floor boards, the lack of sound proofing, a door that won't open and close properly; and the nonfunctioning electronic towel drying rack, our bed along with our pillows were, at the very least, comfortable.

Clean, safe and well- located convenient place with coffee and tea, comfortable bed and full bathtub. Had a great stay!

The location is just fantastic - easy to get to from the tube and a great place to base yourself to explore London
The check in process is different as you get emailed a code, however the communication is great.
I needed to store luggage on arrival and the staff were fantastic in assisting me
Lots of good food options in walking distance - nice area
