Very convenient location

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hostess at breakfast was the warmest and friendliest woman; she made us feel like we were her personal guests! Hotel is in the heart of theater district with lots of restaurants and activity. We loved our stay!

The location was incredible!

we arrived to the hotel who as renovation in the front of the hotel. the room smell very bad and the Clare in the reception wasn't nice

Thanks to Kieran I got just the room I expected. Honey in the dining room did an excellent job of explaining the options. All of the staff were enthusiastic and helpful.

Near to restaurant

The hotel sits in a prime location that is adjacent to Leicester Square. Rooms are old but well kept for the most part. The front desk staff is amazing and will do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. Only real issues that I had while staying there was the maintenance of the building. I was there for six nights and only one elevator worked. Plus, I got changed out of my first room after a pipe started leaking all over the floor. The front desk did what they could to make me comfortable while battling the faults and errors that can be attributed to old architecture. Nonetheless, I would stay there again for sure.

Great location in Leicester Square! Close to transportation and many attractions were walking distance (shows, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, SoHo, Covent Garden). Getting to the hotel from Heathrow is easy by hopping on the Piccadilly or Elizabeth Line. The only negative is the area can get a bit crazy, especially in the evenings. So be careful at night. Room was large and they upgraded us for free. AC was a bit rough, but we were visiting during a heat wave.
