The room was dirty we couldn’t get towels everyday we had to go to the front desk for towels. We had 3 days of towels in our room that they wouldn’t pick up. We had our room cleaned 2 times. The front desk staff were very nice. But what they said didn’t happen. The cleaning staff were rude. The manager Leslie refunded one night. I have cancer and need clear invitement. This entire 5 days were definitely not what we expected .We didn’t come home to last every day so we didn’t have to be in that room. Ventilation was very poor The room had a nasty smell

The property is dated but well maintained. We were surprised the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. This was a good choice for us.

The bathroom was leaking .. water was falling from the ceiling

The license plate on my truck was stolen one night from the parking lot!!! If I knew that the Fairfield inn was in a bad area I would have tried to park closer to the door. I’m pretty sure I will not be staying at this property again.

The Staff Was Great. They All Were Very Nice And Helpful. The Front Desk Was Very Friendly And The Whole Staff Worked Together To Make Sure That My Stay Was Comfortable, Clean And Caring.. Excellent.. Place To Stay..

Your refrigerators are kinda of stupid. Even your staff agreed. Please change them out before our next visit. Everything overall, was pretty good. Thanks

The front desk, China check me in Very, very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Terry on the front desk, very helpful and knowledgeable. It was my honor and pleasure to meet them. The breakfast buffet was great plenty of food. Everything was clean. The staff was fantastic. Housekeeping was great like I said, everyone was very helpful to me. The room rate were fantastic. Awesome. We stayed in a beautiful suite the kitchen was well stocked dishwasher microwave stove, and refrigerator all my upcoming hotel arrangements. I’m gonna be at residence Inn. The bed was very, very comfortable. A lot of good restaurants in the area and shopping.

The first person I met was Mildred at the front desk. She was so very kind and helpful and made sure I had my room as soon as it was available and wanted to be sure I had anything I could possibly need for my stay. She excellently represented the Fairfield Inn with kindness, respect and great attention to the guest's needs and comfort. Thank you, Mildred!
