Nice small hotel close to everything in Philly

We had a great stay! Nice location!

The staff and the room were great. Will stay here in the future.

The proximity to the convention center was great. A few minutes walking distance to the convention centre and the iconic Reading Market. The rooms were clean. A bit dated but in the city centre - really nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. We did not have a car so no parking.

Room was very clean and comfortable

The room was clean, but the lighting was horrible as it was very dark. The address for hotel isn't accurate; the noted address of 1201 Race Street the GPS leads you to the side street with no hotel signage. The address should be updated to correctly reflect the address on South 12th street not Race Street.

It was pretty solid

The parking was easy.

I had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom, the shower was not properly constructed subsequently the water went everywhere, because there was no ledge, shower should have been opposite the shower seat nor on the middle of the wall. It was just a mess, no counter vanity to place your items. No hand towels. Very poor lighting night tables required you get out the bed to turn them on, mattress was a soft, squish nightmare, room window facing brick wall. Room design was poorly created, no lighting. I could go on but time is important to me.
