Just magnificent! It is a luxury experience and is in the perfect location. The breakfast was delicious and the views even better

I loved the balcony and how clean the property was. The people at the front desk were pleasant and the increase was so helpful and accommodating. Most employees were wonderful esp the host at the breakfast. We enjoyed his humor and high energy very much. He ran a tight ship and everyone did a great job at breakfast. The food was amazing.

We loved this hotel! The staff were all friendly and communicated well in English. We especially loved the terrace restaurant. The view of Florence was beautiful, and the waiters and managers were great at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate breakfast everyday there and found the manager Roberto very helpful and friendly each morning. We also ate three dinners there. The live violinist was lovely and the food was great every night! The pool was wonderful with a great view and was heated. The kids loved swimming there everyday and ordering refreshing drinks to drink on the terrace. The location was a 10minute walk from the train station, was surrounded by different types restaurants and cafes, was near multiple minute marts, and 2 laundry mats. It was a 15-20minute walk to the duomo and the very touristy shopping streets. We liked being away from the large Florence crowds while still being near so much food! The room was clean and large. Ours didn’t had black out drapes, but had shutters that blocked the majority of the light. The AC worked well everyday and night with no problems!!! The cleaning staff were friendly and quick everyday. Loved it and planning on staying here next time we come to Florence!

Excellent stay, very nice hotel

Our room was small but nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. The views from the rooftop bar were stunning! The hotel restaurant had excellent breakfast and dinner. All of the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

We were up graded. The hotel is really well designed with great art and the pool on the roof and roof top restaurant views are just EpIC! This is a really great hotel that punches well above its price range. Exceptional value.

Kraft Hotel is an absolute gem! We loved the room with a balcony, and the staff were so friendly! The breakfast and amenities were outstanding! We will definitely stay here again.
