Everything was great

The director of the hotel was very knowledgeable and friendly, stayed an extra night

Parking was available on site

Clean and tidy room! Extremely helpful staff! Accommodated to all our needs.

Staff was so kind and helpful. The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! Location was perfect - 2 tram stops from the train.

The AC wasn't blowing cold air

Very nice, well maintained, very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. TV options were good, smart tv. Front desk staff were not too helpful, gave incorrect information regarding taxis. Location was 2 bus stops from train station with a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room.

The hotel and room were pristine! Very beautifully designed and maintained. We stayed only one night, to catch an early flight out of Florence but wish we could have stayed longer. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe- it was a residential area. The bus line ran along the street but we walked

Although the hotel is a distance from the central area of Florence, it was a peaceful location and easily accessed by tram and bus routes. The room itself is spacious and comfortable and the shower/bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was a small buffet and was delicious. I would recommend this hotel, particularly to solo travellers like myself!
