This hotel is an amazing blend of accessible and high end service. Great food and large rooms for central London at fair prices. If they would only repair the rooftop bar and keep it open it would be the perfect hotel. I have stayed there twice in 8 months and the rooftop was not open on either of my stays (in my recent July '26 stay they said it was under a 1 year renovation)-- so if you're booking for a rooftop hotel, check carefully before booking. This location for London theatre could not be better-- it is right between the Covent Garden theater area the Picadilly Circus area. I have seen 10 shows in my last 3 trips and all were within a 10-15 minute easy walk from this hotel.

The sofa bed is pitifull , verely one can sleep in it ,

From the moment we stepped in the door, we knew this was the right choice. Very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Location was perfect and easily accessible to all transportation and within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We had wonderful service

A beautiful hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff, excellent customer service, very comfy rooms and lovely breakfast, nothing is to much trouble. Location is right on the corner of trafalgar square and just on the edge of st James park, from london Euston it's just around 6 mins on the tube, will continue to visit the Trafalgar hotel when we stay in London.

Great hotel and location is the best in London

We had a great three night stay, staff were friendly and helpful, room was well appointed and clean, the bar and breakfast were more expensive than surrounding venues, at more than $700 A night, it looks like breakfast would have been included. By far, my biggest disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed, that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there again !

Love this hotel!! Spacious room in London centrally located with delicious breakfast available. Super helpful staff. I had lovely morning runs along the river. I brought 2 teenage kids and my husband. Everyone had a great time.
