Room was okay. Expected more cuteness/ luxury based on write up.
Hotel is near a hospital. A little weird.
Elevator stopped working on our last day when trying to get downstairs. No one told us. We finally came down by foot. No big deal but would have been nice not to wait.
Staff is nice.
Restaurant serves pretty good food.

Room 205 was extremely hot,a/c didn't work, and when they brought the portable a/c, they couldn't use it in the room. It was so uncomfortable to sleep.

The hotel is beautiful, surprisingly quiet for a building of its age, and the staff is first class. My room was very comfortable and had all the nice touches you could ask for, but the low height of the shower head was comical (speaks to the age of the building, I suppose). Other than that, everything was perfect and I won't hesitate to stay at the Sorrento again.

Loved our greeting !!
Miles was very warm and kind to us.
Right away we felt welcomed.
We need more of Miles in this world
We arrived in our room and it was so clean and very comfortable with coffee and tea compliments from you.
Lovely stay close too all that Seattle offers
