Hotel was just as described, clean with an old school feel. The issue is with check-in: very slow service and the computer system is as antiquated as the hotel, and not in a good way. It takes forever to check in and only one key card worked out of the three that we got.

First of all the property is well kept up outside look very nice inside. The lobby was very nice but in the rooms I think it needs to be updated in our bathroom. There was mold in the shower. There was hairs in the back by our tub and we parked in the Valley the next day. It took them almost 2 hours to get our car the first hour they brought us the wrong car. It was just a big mess. We were supposed to be out of town by then and still waiting on our car.!

Hotel was nice, staff is not helpful or nice unless you plan on using there car service, no door man to help. It is an older hotel. But in a nice area for downtown stuff.

We booked a 2 days hotel with a flight from NY to Seattle and when we arrived we found out from hotel that there were no rooms available because the reservation was for 2 nights latter even . We paid for another hotel and as of today we didn’t get either a refunds even though we gave them 72 hours notice if the error in booking hotels and flights at the same time !!

Kitchen was out of commission (no working cooking appliances) so had to dine off premises. No one was at the Valet parking counter so we needed to park next door at Westlake mall.
