Good

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were not welcoming and seemed quite rude. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, they were dismissive and unhelpful whenever I asked for assistance. The overall service did not meet the basic expectations of hospitality. Communication with the team was difficult, and it felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, this really affected my stay and left a negative impression. I was hoping for a pleasant experience, but the poor attitude of the staff made it quite the opposite. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

This is a two or three star hotel (by some stretch of imagination), but extremely clean and great value for the money. Close to a major train station and street markets. I liked my stay there!

The breakfast was fresh. It was on the Hotel's ground floor.

Stayed here 2 times this month and it's by far the cleanest hotel in the area.

Good location and great service from staff

Standard breakfast. What would be expected for the region and the clientele? Good, I would stay. I have been staying there on and off for the last 6 to 7 years.

It was a business trip. I have stayed there for the past 5 years. It is alwYs a pleasure. Some sraff changes accrued but this will be temporary. The hotel is a grwat value overall. I will try and stay at that location in the future when visiting Dubai. ( :
