Only there is no ac in the hotel.

Hotel is good,rooms are big , location is very good, you can find many restaurants nearby, only problem is there is no air conditioners in the rooms. If you don't need AC than you should stay in Flowsuites WTC.

El desayuno es muy malo, la variedad de alimentos en minima, el cafe muy malo. Llegue la segunda manana a las 09:30 hs (el desayuno ese dia comenzaba a las 08:00hs) y me dicen que ya no habia tortitas y no hacia mas. La variedad de fruta en muy simple. Y LO PEOR de todo, es al aire libre!!! Con 8 grados en el exterior!!! Pero a quien se le ocurre!! Parece todo muy romantico en la foto, pero hay que abrigarse para tomar un cafe!!! INCREIBLE!!! De los 9 dias que estuve alli solo fui 2 dias, fue suficiente para no volver...

Mi reservación era VIP, al hacer check in les pregunté si me darían una botella de vino para los VIP como mencionaba la página, me dijeron que ya estaba en la habitacion. al entrar no, no estaba, cuando bajé avise a la misma persona que NO, no hay botella, a lo que me dijo que me llevarían una. jamás la llevaron. entonces no fue tan VIP, el lugar esta bien con sus detalles como tvs con roku pero desconectadas del internet.

Gran lugar cerca del Pepsi center, muy buena atención de todo el personal. El desayuno excelente calidad, si volvería

Wifi does not work , very frustrating trying to work

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a great view and comfortable accommodations. The staff was great, and breakfast was delicious. Definitely will come back in the future.

The room is decent for the price, staff are friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning at the WTC location. The fitness room is poorly equipped and dirty and dusty. I have never seen anyone cleaning it, not weights, only one of the three cardio machines was functional, the Wi-Fi connection was pretty weak, then it was constantly disconnecting from our devices as well as from the smart tv located in the bedroom. The units lack in cleaning, the floor was always so dirty regardless of the maids’ efforts. There were crumbles of food under the sofa. Also, the utensils given for the kitchen are low in quality and not enough to cook. Great location though. However, the windows are not noise-cancelling, the windows locks are all broken. I had to wear some earplugs for sleep.
