Very clean room and comfortable bed.

The hotel, the staff and the room were great. The only two things I will comment on is the comforter/ blanket was not as clean as it should have been it was rough having only one elevator as the others were under maintenance. My husband and I found outing the stairs to go down. This may sound petty but I have a hip issue and stairs can be hard.

Elevator is broken everywhere credit card machines that don’t work light switches that are inconsistently functioning. Rooms that don’t get cleaned until after 6 PM if they’re cleaned at all. Staff that blames everything on the fact that it was a property that was taken over by Marriott Staff that complains about systems that were moved over and upgraded from Marriott that are causing problems Just one problem after another if you want to be annoyed, spend 20 minutes waiting for an elevator and have a substandard stay this is the place to go

From three elevators only one worked and this was what stuff was using as well when cleaning the rooms so it was taking forever to get

Room was very clean (excellent bathroom). And staff were very nice.

Hotel was great, comfortable, clean, great staff.

The staff was great but there was no staff help with luggage. Two of the three elevators were broken. Always a long wait and very crowded on the elevator. In the morning when people were going down for breakfast, checking out or goingout for the day, the one elevator was being used by the cleaning staff with their large carts. Very poor planning! Carts should have been brought to the various floors much earlier for the cleaning staff . Will not use this hotel again. Bellevue has many other hotels with more amenities.
