Breakfast was decent. Room temperature was fluctuating between either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t sleep the whole night figuring out how to fix it but couldn’t.

The location was decent, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Bellevue, which was convenient. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated.
We booked a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, which was advertised as 375 sq ft, but it felt much smaller in reality. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was literally no room left for the coffee table. We had to stand it upright next to the sofa just to create enough walking space. The room layout was poorly designed and became extremely cramped.
The bathroom also had several issues. The sink faucet barely produced any hot water and continuously dripped. The hair dryer looked like it was 20 years old and barely blew warm air. We had to call the front desk and request a replacement.
The most disappointing part happened at check-out. We reported all of these issues to the manager, who apologized and promised to compensate us with a complimentary free-night reward (or equivalent Hyatt points) that would be credited to my World of Hyatt account within one day after check-out. Unfortunately, I never received anything, nor did anyone follow up with me.
I understand that older hotels may have maintenance issues from time to time, but making a promise to a guest and then failing to honor it is far more disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor impression, and I expected much better from Hyatt.
