Really enjoyable one night stay. I was concerned when reading reviews of poor AC and noise issues on a Saturday Night. I stayed on a hot Saturday night with no issues. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was first class. Nice and central hotel, near Beurs Metro, I would stay again.

Hotel was very clean. And shower was great condition. Hotel in a great location, only being a 5 minute walk from the central station. Beds were a bit hard, and the room was quite warm, but aside from this, would definitely recommend.

When we arrived to our room, we found out there was no air-con. We inquired if we could get 1 with aircon but none were available, so we were given a dusty fan. We were in a balcony room, so we had a door and window that we could leave open but in a heat wave, where shops and local restaurants were closed, you'd think they'd supply some air con units to the guests. The room was extremely stuffy, made me feel quite unwell and almost unbearable on the 1st 2 nights. Unfortunately, we were also kept awake by the hooting of car horns, traffic noise, the squealing of car tyres of vehicles racing in the car park next door and on the main road. The hotel is situated by the main road of shopping and above the side road with the car parks for shopping. The hotel blamed this noise on the football celebrations, but during the day we witnessed cars racing each other on side & main roads, most cars had what would be illegal exhaust pipes in the UK. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again, as even wearing ear plugs didn't stop the constant noise, and we never had a good night's sleep the whole time we were there. Very disappointing, for the money paid.

Booked simple room but was given 525 with Nespresso machine and a bottle of water. Room was air conditioned. Very good sleep. Great value for money. Would book again.

Hotel in Rotterdam city center. Close to shops, restaurants and transport services. Walking distance to several city landmarks, including train central station (15min<). Fine breakfast. A shout out to Dugi quite a people and service oriented person.

No AC old windows so very loud and very hot. Staff nice rooms clean. Breakfast tasty. I would recommend as last option but if you like sleep in cold room I recommend this hotel during winter

The hotel has a perfect central location, close to restaurants, shopping and the train station. However, the hotel is old but well maintained. We stayed in this hotel on May 2-26 of 2026. There was no AC the room was like a sauna after our complaint the staff brought in a fan that helped somewhat ! And the hotel doesn’t have a parking garage but they have an understanding with a parking garage next door; unfortunately after 7 pm the garage door is closed and then you need to look for a different parking garage!!

Location was ok, but the room was in bad condition.
