I like the fact that they had free washers and dryers and bicycles. I was disappointed that they had no bikes and all needed to be repaired

Very much like dorm room. Tv could not stream so no TV! Weird light over bed that you can’t lay against headboard. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

This hotel is located between Erasmus Uni and the city centre which was perfect for our conference trip. The rooms are basic but comfortable. There was a big spillage of some sort on my wall. The breakfast was a highlight since coffee shops don't open early and so this was our only option for breakfast before conference. The food and coffee was fresh and delicious. It was pricey at 20 Euros (35 CA $). There were many amenities like laundry room that we didn't need but could be very useful to others.

Convenient location, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. Rooms are small, but have everything you need to have a good night's sleep and a hot shower.

Room was cooled, which was a must with the warm temperature there were in Rotterdam during my stay. Breakfast had a lot of options every morning and food was great. Some staff began talking to me in French out of nowhere, which is my native language. Not a must, but definitely appreciated :)

Excellent for the price. Clean, great amenities (gym had all the necessary equipment). Very kind staff.

The Receptionist are very rude terrible I really wonder how suggest hotel employ very unprofessional unwelcoming and inexperienced receptionist especially a reception and a slim girls on Christmas morning duty they are terrible they should be relieved of their jobs they will keep bringing bad comment to the hotel and bringing the image down they are very very Rude and insultive
