Staff was polite and helped the best they can. Air conditioning was good. The room needed cosmetic touch up but the bigger issue was bathroom. The door was off hinge, so we had to lift to close the door. Then there's the pipe under the sink leaking, which made the floor slippery and unsanitary. The website advertised breakfast, but there were none and the staff argued they posted that on the website. I checked twice afterwards and it still says "free breakfast and to go breakfast". The elevator was not great, the door sensor kept shorting. Overall, I felt like I was in a motel and not a hotel. My expectations would have been different if it were.

The hotel is in a convenient location, neighborhood seemed just fine, room was in excellent shape, and overall a good value for the price.

It was pretty cheap stay for 3 nights my second time staying here the rooms are just small

An unidentified person attempted to enter the room three times within an hour. I did not feel safe and left without staying the night.

Smelly pillows and mattresses

It was very clean and modern room

Choose this place as a budget stay but would probably stay at the nicer one down the street next time. Recommended if you don’t mind minor issues to save. Not a roach motel but water took long to heat up and my room had water damage. Staff was great and location was great.
