I like the friendly staff. All were very friendly and helpful. My number 1 stay when I visit my home, Brooklyn! Rooms are always clean, staff is great, breakfast is regular but that’s ok and parking in Brooklyn is always a hassle do I will not hold it against the hotel! 9 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Way to expensive on top of being double charged cause it was an weekend.

Feels new and clean. Everything works well. Short walk to the subway. Our stay was beyond our expectations. Parking garage building down the road was convenient, altough it felt a bit dodgy, no issues after parking for 3 days.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. The only reason for the downgrade as the reservation was for 2 queen beds, and they gave me 2 full beds. Easy to manage, adapt, reset and carry on, but not what I paid for.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. As someone booking a hotel on my own for the first time, I expected a much better experience. The food was awful. There were very few options, and what I did eat upset my stomach almost immediately. I spent more time running to the bathroom than enjoying my vacation. Although the room looked clean at first, both my cousin and I found stains on our bedding that should have been removed before new guests checked in. It made us question the hotel’s cleanliness standards. The front desk staff was not helpful whenever we raised concerns. Communicating with housekeeping was also difficult because of the language barrier, making it nearly impossible to get our issues resolved efficiently. The biggest problem was the water. During my stay, I developed intense itching and skin irritation that I had never experienced before. The symptoms started while I was at the hotel and have continued even after returning home. I truly believe the water was the cause because nothing else changed. What frustrated me most was that when I reported my concerns, I felt dismissed instead of taken seriously. Rather than looking into the issue, I was repeatedly asked if I was “sure,” which was upsetting. The rooms were also much smaller than expected. Overall, I was very unhappy with my stay. If I could receive a refund, I absolutely would. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

They have a very clean facility the staff are very kind and friendly they very informative about the environment and the service provided also it’s very relaxing atmosphere to rest they serve a good variety of breakfast options everything is fresh also the rooms are super tidy they provided a very generous amount of towels and also extra coffee in the room I recommend 10/10 for you stay. The best hotel in Brooklyn there is also a huge amount of stores nearby from restaurants shopping center stores and mall a very close to transportation and the community is good.
