The A/C was marginal. It was permanently set to 70 but always felt warmer than that.

Location was decent between main rail station and old town. The property was indicated to have AC, which appeared to be present but the AC did not cool at all onlt the fan blew. NO AC.

The staff was super welcoming and made any accommodation we needed. We would definitely stay again!

I am seriously considering travelling back to Munich (from Wellington, New Zealand) to stay at this hotel again. Our room was HUGE and included a Marshall guitar amp! The cosy tea/coffee/study room is a great way to provide this amenity. Cool and trendy with great staff who take superb care of their guests. We were able to drop our bags off many hours before check-in opened and use the bathroom - both of these things were greatly appreciated. I know that Ruby has been bought by IHG, and I really hope that they can keep their staff and vibe. It's fantastic.

The staff was really friendly and the location is great. The room was really quiet too. I was a little disappointed in the terrace. It was a mess and looked nothing like the photos.

Great Place, great staff and a great location

Confusing setup

Only there overnight. Very funky place, comfortable bed, nice rooftop terrace and reasonable breakfast. On issue was room too hot with thermostat apparently locked on 23c.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location between train station and tourist stuff was perfect. In my opinion breakfast was too expensive, but we are not big breakfast eaters to make it worth it

Really nice hotel close to the Old Town in Munich. Lovely bar area and the rooms were amazing. Room amenities were a strange choice. I'm a guitarist myself and loved the amp in the room but given the choice would have preferred a nice coffee machine. Free reign on the guitars in the bar was enough, I think being able to bring them back to your room is asking for trouble from people not respecting noise levels. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, the staff were especially very nice and helpful, during our stay and during check in/out.
