The room was large and yet cozy. The staff always helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Clean room and nice staff!

Staff was very efficient. Clean room. Great location.

Room was very clean and convenient to the Munich HBF train station, tram, U and S lines as well as old town. The Blue Bus/Hop On Hop Off buses were also convenient The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t take advantage if the morning breakfast in the restaurant; it did look good. The hotel offered gratis treats of apples, flavored water and pastries which were delicious And appreciated

There was a lot of construction around the hotel. Also, the area around hotel didn’t look very clean.

Perfect location to enjoy Oktoberfest

Many good quality healthy selections at breakfast, and services are great.

Property was in a good location, staff very helpful what would have been nice is putting a kettle so you could have a tea or coffee in your room also would have been nice to have a drink in the bar sometime but it hasn't been open for years.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was ready and easy check on at 8am in the morning. Didn’t like bar was never open, snacks or food not avaliable
