最高 The best location. We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always wonderful and the rooms are clean and well appointed. My only complaint is the laundry doesn’t dry. A bummer to wash and try to dry clothes at the hotel (endless dry cycles and soggy clothes hanging in our room) only to hike to a local coin laundry to do proper wash. But everything else about this hotel is amazing and worth the effort to do laundry elsewhere.

最高 The room was on the smaller side, as expected, but beds were large and comfortable. Above all, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Kohei at check in. Also, the adjacent restaurant has excellent cheese, salads, pizza and very friendly staff.

とても良い The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in the lobby with checking in and out. Location was great for getting to all the local restaurants, shopping areas and subway stations. Laundry machines had some issues, and house keeping was hit or miss, from day to day, but all the normal room accommodations and clean towels were never a problem. Will stay here again.

とても良い Check in and check out was fast. We stayed there for 7 days. For the most part it was great till I bumped my leg on the tea table. The corners were sharp enough that it required me to get four stiches.
