If you need to smoke they have a smoking room

The location of the hotel was great. Easy to access.

The lobby was really nice and the staff were very friendly, the beds were pretty comfortable but that’s where it ended for me. The room was very tiny which I know is pretty standard but this seemed extra small. The lobby ac was strong but the rest of the hotel was extremely hot and humid. The ac in the room doesn’t go past 68 and they have a dehumidifier in the room but it gives no relief. And with the room being so small it’s like being in an oven. They will give you a small fan , we needed 2 to get any relief. There are only 2 elevators which made it very difficult to get in during checkout I suggest checking out a little earlier than 10. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Location, location, location. Close to everything, especially to the Narita Express. Clean and very quiet. The only downside is how small the bathroom was. I could almost touch wall to wall. Other than how small the bathroom was, it was definitely worth a stay.

I always stay here in Tokyo, great area, close to everything, shopping, clubs, food, train.

Hotel is close to Shibuya station and rooms are clean but little tight. Staff were great

Room was dirty and grimy. Carpeted floors which feel musty and uncleaned. We tried moving one of the beds to make bigger space to organize our luggage and the bottom was filled with leftover food and other disgusting things. We had to move the rollable bed back. Bathroom feels like a cruise ship bathroom. Super tight and mold everywhere. Honestly would not come back again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. During my three-week trip throughout Japan, every hotel I stayed at exceeded my expectations, except this one. The bedding in my room was visibly dirty, with blood stains on the comforter, sheets, and pillowcases. On top of that, I had booked a non-smoking room, yet the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I informed the front desk about both issues. While I understand the front desk staff may not have been personally responsible, the response I received was simply, "I'm sorry," with no sense of urgency, empathy, or attempt to resolve the situation. The lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the condition of the room. Don't let the convenient location fool you. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that provide much cleaner accommodations and better service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Small rooms, but that should be expected for the area. Otherwise it is a very nice and clean hotel. They even offer up umbrellas for the day if you forget yours or don't have one.
