The hotel was very cute and had lots of character and charm. There was a heat wave and there is no air-conditioning. It was beyond the control of the hotel. They did have a fan and a window that opened. However, that was the hottest hotel experience I’ve ever had. My recommendation would be that it would be wonderful as long as it’s not the heat of summer.

A quirky boutique hotel in a terrific location. The rooms are small but include all you need, cleverly configured with neat design features. Would highly recommend.

The room was good and the vibe was fine. but if you forget your key at checkout which virtually no hotel cares about they will charge you £22 which is a little ridiculous for such a cheap piece of plastic especially while waking up early and traveling.

Excellent location next to Paddington Station. Lots of great restaurants around. Buses easily available. HopOnHopOff bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hyde Park is a ten minute walk. The downside, as others have stated, is that the rooms are small; two of us couldn't open our suitcases at the same time. The bathroom had glass in the door, which is fine if you're alone, but not fine if you're sharing a room. The inside of the hotel is a maze to get to your room. It's noisy at night, with sounds from the street and people. However, staff were very helpful, particularly in carrying our bags up and down the stairs.

Small bunk room, beautifully done. Just what we needed. Super close to Paddington station. No noise and blackout blinds. Tea, coffee and water station available and electric fan provided (was essential in very hot weather!). Will definitely be using again.

Definitely recommend this stay it was clean, aesthetic and close to the train. Would stay here again next time I visit London!

Very convenient location. Hotel has plenty of character and was a good price.

Very clean, nice cafe and breakfast-lunch restaurant with good quality food and drink. Our room was even smaller than previous ones, though, and our check-in was delayed unnecessarily and without promised updates -- exhausting after a transatlantic flight.

My daughter and i enjoyed our1 night stay. Check in was easy, our room had bunk beds - as expected. The room was small, but had everything you needed and more. Staff on check in and out were very nice and helpful. We needed to leave our luggage at the hotel and that was no trouble at all.
