Overall ok , not that great reception space, not the staff’s fault though.

Excellent service, lits confortables

Very nice stay, beautiful rooms and the area was perfect, walking distance to Paddington Station.

We loved staying here! Optimal location only a few blocks from Paddington Station. The staff were great, facilities were great, and we would definitely stay here again!

The staff was professional, knowledgable and courteous. The hotel is located in a neighborhood across from Hyde Park allowing for a nice morning stroll/walk at 7:30am. Beautiful large trees. Also, if you can manage your luggage by yourself, the walk to Paddington Train station takes all of 10 minutes to get into the facility. (Save taxi fare. ) Note: London was hot when I was there ( 80's ) so I walked to Paddington around 8:30 am, when the heat wasn't too bad. Breakfast was fairly simple and light. (Coffee, tea, hard boiled eggs , fresh fruit, ie apples and bananas, etc) Solid WIFI conection.

Room was incredibly small, everything was old and moldy. You could stand in the bathroom and touch both walls with your arms. We were told there was no continental breakfast, no shuttle to airport even though this was listed when we booked the room. Room was hot, a/c was not avail & when we opened the window there was mold and the traffic noise was horrible. The room next to us kept slamming their door every 5 minutes. We left 2 hours after checking in. It was not a good experience.

The room was not very clean, and there was no servicing. When the housekeeping staff came in, they didn’t empty the garbage or replenish the tea supplies or wash the tea cups. There was a huge pile of dirty dust bunnies in a corner that had been there forever.

Good location to the tube and train station. Hyde park close. Paddington park next door. Lots of food options close. Price was lower than others close by. If you are on the go and just need a bed to rest on Days Inn could be a good choice for you

All good. Room was sparse especially bathroom amenities but for one night in that location it met expectations

Friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained
