The concierge staff Mr Delonte was very approachable and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We love the complimentary breakfast and liked the idea of getting coffee and tea at the hotel lobby instead of having a kettle in our rooms to make our own drinks. Hotel lobby was huge and comfortable.
There were some very good eateries within a short walking distance.
However, the hotel appears to have only one washer and one dryer for hotel guests (on the second floor). Every day, especially at night/past midnight and in the early mornings, the machines were always in use. The hotel should consider converting an additional guest room to a hotel guest laundry room.
