We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and our balcony offered a beautiful view of Nha Trang City. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection of both Asian and Western dishes. The staff were warm , friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again . Highly recommended for everyone visiting Nha Trang!

I'd give 4 stars out of 5 for cleanliness of the room. I could see dust on counter surfaces, dirty spots on the floor, stains on corners of bedsheet... I may be too picky, but I've seen worse and better. For a 5-stars, highly rated hotel, cleanliness in the room that I stayed is subpar. Staff is always helpful and courteous. I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always experienced the pleasant service the staff provided.

I reached early and I was thankful that the stuff provided me with an early check in and a room upgrade. The hotel room is very comfortable and luxurious. I also appreciate the welcome drinks to put guests at ease. However, several points to raise - as there are many floors, the lifts often take a while - service was rather slow: check-in took a while, I was asked to sit to wait for my room to be checked at check-out but I was just forgotten and I needed to remind the staff; requests for room service took very long - tv was difficult to use - Russian or Vietnamese language; tv channel options not English friendly - hotel provided a beach area with deck chairs but - very few chairs available; no towels early in the morning and was told need 1h wait - one of the wardrobe doors could not be closed (light switch inside will be on if the door is not closed) - room door does not swing shut unlike most modern hotels; it closes but will remain ajar at the end , leaving guests a false sense of security that it will close when it won’t - a lot of advertisements about World Cup screening but there was none - noisy at night from surrounding music

The view from our room was amazing, loved it. This is a very busy hotel and a crowded, noisy entrance/reception. Being a high rise with 6 or so elevators they can be crowded and take a while with a lot of stops. There is a sailing club across the road on the beach that plays very loud music late into the night/morning which affected us as we were at the beachfront side of the hotel. The staff were great and when we talked to reception about the sailing club noise, they did give us an option to move rooms. There were not many Australians that we noticed at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety, although level 4 dining room was small and we only got a seat there once due to crowding and that was early, so we went to level 5 which was bigger. We loved the location of the hotel, right across from the beach but it was disappointing with the lack of beach beds and umbrellas the hotel has in relation to the amount of customers. The staff working at the beach were always helpful as were the room cleaning staff. Room was a good size, comfortable bed with a decent bathroom. Shops and restaurants all around.
