Had a great stay. Room was clean and the staff was courteous. Breakfast buffet was also one of the highlights of our stay.

Such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Whe rooms were amazing and the breakfast was the biggest buffet ever! We had such a great stay! Highly recommended.

最高 The location is the best. It’s the meeting point for almost all tours. There are bus stops both ways right outside. And you can see aurora when it’s strong despite the lights.
The only downside is the hot water isn’t stable in the room, and weak in mine. I had to use the shower in the sauna

staff was helpful, hotel is nice.
the only thing that we arrived early 2 hours before check in at 2pm and was offered to check in early with a fee. We absolutely don't mind paying but why would we get charged when the room is ready is ready? I totally can understand fee for late check out but for early check in?
