The staff were nice and the place was great. Since we were there for a vacation, it would have been nice to have a concierge service. No one there knew anything about how the northern lights industry worked. We had to figure out what to do completely by searching the internet. It was a pain. It would be easy to know all that and help guests negotiate it.

最高 new and comfy hotel located in the new city center, convenient to shopping and most local tourist operators will have a pick up stop there.

最高 Wonderful stay! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of options. We loved the spa. The heated pools was a nice way to spend some time and just relax. It was continent having multiple restaurants to choose from on site when right on time before northern lights tours. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

I would say this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in…so much so that I will research it and get the same mattress for home!
I found one of the reception staff quite unhelpful, but overall a great experience!!
