Location is very close to everything interesting.

Location of the hotel is very central, walking distance to all attractions. Close to train station Cadorna. Historic building with character, spacious rooms with high celling. Breakfast was delicious. Lady serving the breakfast and lady at reception provided excellent customer service. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Loved the idea of complimentary champaign. Decor in the rooms was cold to my test, furniture made of glass and metal creating not too cosy atmosphere. Room design could be better and lacked cosiness. Upon arrival I was offered different room than the one I booked due to ac problems, and next day I had to move again to another room, which was very inconvenient. All I got is sorry as compensation. After paying about 400€ a night I think it was just ok place.

Staff was beyond lovely, and room and terrace were clean and gorgeous! We didn’t want to leave.

Just a quick overnight stay in Milan before leaving Italy but the front desk staff was extremely helpful in mapping out a plan for a quick 1/2 day tour of the city and arranging our transfers to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was a lot bigger than the “standard” European sized room and had a lovely garden!

The hotel and room were very clean and in a great location--close to everything; the staff was there 24/7 and EXTREMELY helpful and considerate. I definitely will stay there again.

This is a hidden gem conveniently located near all the attractions and station in Milano Centrale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was modest but sufficient and fresh. However we did not have hot water one day, there was no air conditioning . We had to sleep with the windows open and I got mauled by mosquitos..Our room had this charming patio with flowers in bloom, where we could have had a glass of wine or espresso, but was too scared to use it because of mosquitos!! Hence the 4 star review.

the room was very sizable, with 2 vanities and a living area. the bath and shower were generous and separate. the staff were extremely helpful and professional. the entrance thru us for a loop. it is surrounded by fantastic restaurants and just walking around on the "no traffic" streets was amazing. air conditioning did not work all that great.

Antica Locanda dei Mercanti was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was quite large complete with a siting area. Very clean.Complimentary bottle of prosecco. Convenient location. 10 minute walk to duomo. Very convenient to many restaurants and shopping.

Clean, great staff, superb location

The staff were so helpful and attentive. We were able to get into our room a little earlier which was great as we wanted to eat and get a rest before attending the opera. The room was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in a while. Our continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were thinking ahead to when we were leaving Milan to travel to Rome in case the Winter Olympics was an issue for us. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the slippers were really welcome after a day on our feet. It was exciting to be staying in the Japanese teams hotel.
