Very expensive!

Wonderful!! Friendly staff and extremely helpful. The hotel stored our luggage as we visited other areas of Italy.

We loved the location and the breakfast

We arrived in Milan with plans for a different hotel. Saw it and wouldn't stay at that one. Luckily this hotel had a room available. Staff were excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Highly recommend

amazing customer service, very friendly

Great stay!

Perfect in every way. Staff ho above and beyond

The staff was very helpful, engaging, and friendly. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. I enjoyed my stay. I recommend it favorably.

I was pleased with this property from the initial engagement during check-in. The process was organized and efficient with staff being responsive to our requests. Additionally, the staff provided complimentary champagne in observance of my wedding anniversary. The lounge was an excellent place for dining and Aperitivo time. My husband and I patronized the lounge several times and were able to become acquainted with the servers. The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage - it is steps away from Duomo, the shopping mall, and several restaurants. I have stayed in multiple European hotels and the Rosa Grand Milano is top tier!
