We stayed here the night before our cruise departed. It was very comfortable. The hostess was very helpful and responsive whenever i had questions about where to eat dinner, directions to places, and then she gave us a ride to the port the next morning. She pointed us in the right direction on where to get to our cruise which was so helpful as the port was a large, busy place! Highly recommend staying at Urban and B!

The hotel was nice overall and the location was great. The room was definitely small but had a great view. The biggest issue was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the rooms were not sound proof. Other than that, it was a great hotel for the cost and location.

The hotel was very old , elevator is so tiny hardly to fit one personand some of the staff were unfriendly: specially when u ask for some towels or shampoos , fridge was tiny&It's door does not close properly , no microwave and no iron, they cleaned but once but did not left any tisdue or paper rolls to use

最高 The staff is excellent and so kind. When our travel plans changed (not related to the hotel), they went out of the way to accommodate us and make these changes easy.
Our room was extremely clean and the balcony view was exquisite. Not only would we come back, but we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

とても良い This Boutique Hotel was very clean, was in a great location and the Staff were very helpful and Friendly.. We got off the cruise ship early and they got us into a room so quickly. Thank you for everything

The room was clean. We were expecting a balcony and it was just a window with no view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Know that it’s a walk up there us an elevator but it is only used for luggage (only big enough for one person) And the breakfast options were ok.
