Best location in Rome, Great Staff, everything was walking distance, very clean.

The hotel is boutique and can be a bit cramped with a very small reception desk, close to the elevators, it quickly fills with tired travelers and luggage waiting to be checked in. You can move to the open dining space 3 floors up where you can wait with no water or service. The room was spacious and free snacks in the mini fridge did improve the mood. The blackout curtains were amazing for adjusting to the time change. The location of the hotel to excellent shopping and the ruins was very good. The staff maintained a positive and helpful attitude at all times. They are the ones who make the hotel a nice place to be. No other amenities, as there was no pool or gym. Rooftop bar was nice in the evenings with cocktails but no food options.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I was here in May 2026 with my husband to celebrate our 18th anniversary The location was perfect! Walking distance to the trevi fountain and the pantheon. The hotel itself is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. They provide toothpaste and toothbrush, shaving cream, razor blades, shampoo, conditioner, body soap gel, body lotion, hairdryer. I requested an iron to iron one of my dresses and the bell boy showed up to my room within 5 minutes with all the supplies needed including an iron board! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - 2 bedroom suite is spacious - has two full bathrooms a sauna - three beds and a balcony - perfect for a four person family

Breakfast was superior. We got a family suite and it was such a big room considering the heart of Rome and comfortable for everyone. Great place would definitely stay again. Walkable everywhere!

Hotel was excellent and the location was primo. Trevi fountain was 3 min walk, Spanish steps 8 mins and hop on hop off bus 4 mins. Customer service from the staff was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.
