とても良い The hotel was beautiful, the room’s patio view was nice. However, the room had a lot of ants roaming around and there was Cobb webs around the frames. The area of the location was nice, the female staff members had a flat affect over all. The men were very nice and helpful. The taxi pickup & drop off was easy.

最高 My husband and I decided to change hotels last minute and very happy that we did. This is a beautiful hotel offering comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast and an incredible spa experience. We enjoyed our stay, which allowed us easy access to historical sites in Rome by either walking, taking the bus or using the metro/subways which are located just around the corner.

とても良い Good location and staff were helpful. But ac unit leaked and there was a birds nest outside our window so it was very noisy at night. Walkable to Termini and also another metro station. Pretty close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Eating options in neighborhood aren’t too good.

最高 Exceptionally helpful and gracious staff particularly the front desk staff including Manuele. Executive suite had a large terrace and amazing view of Rome. A great base from which to tour. Will definitely come again.

少しがっかり Clean Room and staff was friendly. Our room was so hot, even with the air containing running we did not sleep at all. Paid a lot of money to be so uncomfortable
