Really loved this hotel! Staff was excellent (and I don't say that often...) The hotel had a lovely laid back Amsterdam vibe while making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. we were upgraded to a suite and it was roomy, so comfortable and smelled so good- we bought two of the candles for home! The ladies at the front desk were always ready to help with recommendations for dining and activities... Will definitely choose a Pillows hotel for future European travel!!

Clean, lovely spot along a smaller canal, very helpful staff and reasonable price for the high quality —not extortionate anyway.

What an exceptional staff, especially the concierge . . This property is in a great location. However, it has some quirks. Some issues with electricity and the rooftop bar is not always open. Check hours.

Exemplary staff, and concierge Joram in particular for his speed and ability to accommodate requests at short notice. Special note to the staff and chefs at the Spring Cafe Brasserie who stayed to accommodate us after a delayed flight and 55 minute delay at passport control due to trainees at passport control
