Very convenient to everything I needed for my trip.

Location is absolutely perfect. Staff were lovely & attentive. Couldn't fault the hotel at all!

Very good and convenient

It was very convenient, lots of access to activities. Shopping and dining.

From the second we entered the doors we were welcomed with amazing hospitality. We had a 2 night stay. After a long flight the front desk treated us so kindly. She found out it was my birthday and surprised me with cute balloons. The room was amazing. Super clean and quiet!!! Excellent location. In the heart of everything.

Having stayed previously in Amsterdam, we knew that their public tram system could take us easily to any hotel in any neighborhood, but…coming in by train one day and leaving the next day by plane, made this hotel location perfect as there are frequent trains to Schipol airport! You walk out of the Centraal train station, across a canal and the hotel is right there! And if you wanted to see the rest of the city, the trams are a step away. The rooms were very soundproof, the staff very friendly and the beds very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if coming for a short stay.

Really beautiful room and very friendly staff. We opted for no cleaning while we were there and were given a free bottle of wine. Great amenities (Kevin Murphy) and beautiful bathtub which I loved using every night after walking around the city all day !

Emplacement génial à quelques pas de la gare et parfois pour explorer à pied ou à vélo (l’hôtel loue des vélos). Malgré un emplacement parfait il n’y a pas de bruit la nuit et c’est très bien insonorisé. La chambre et le lit très propres et confortable. Fortement recommandé

Overall, it is an excellent hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great. The art and all interior are beautiful. The restaurant is very good as well. Cones: 1) our room was on the 4th floor, and perhaps, because of that wi-fi signal was very weak - often impossible to connect to internet. 2) light switches are organized in a way that if one needs to go to the restroom during night time, there is no way to turn light on in the restroom but either turn on all lights (waking up everyone), or walk all the way to the main controls near the entrance door. Despite above problems, we enjoyed this property very much and would recommend it to others.
