最高 Our experience during our stay was great and received alot of requests for feedback on my stay during my live video on Facebook. I was very satisfied with staff, front desk and breakfast very good as well. Never stayed at a hotel with Chobani yogurt build your own breakfast.
The only thing I would suggest is to have front of building pressure cleaned, other than that our stay was GREAT.
Pool closed at 9pm which was too early, should be maybe 10pm

とても良い Staff members were friendly and helpful; the hotel in general and room were clean and well maintained; breakfast was good. The workout facility was nice, but the treadmills need maintenance (or perhaps replacement). My first night I discovered my mattress was covered with a large, zip-on plastic cover that was noisy and uncomfortable; fortunately it was not a problem to remove it, but it (1) raised some questions in my mind as to the need for the cover, and (2) left me to make the bed late on the night of my arrival. Not enough to keep me from recommending the hotel as a whole, but I would check the bed earlier next time!

少しがっかり We have stayed here before and typically love the central location. This time our room had no hot water. Running it for 10-15 mins the shower water would heat up but nothing for the sinks. Most disappointing visit

最高 The bedding and bathroom were clean, but the kitchen cabinets were dusty. A deep cleaning would be nice. The carpet looked a bit dirty, so bring sandals. They charge for parking. The breakfast is mid.

とても良い The hotel is good, and the location is very convenient. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the breakfast was very poor, with limited options and little variety. Unfortunately, during our stay, there were guests smoking marijuana on our floor, and the strong smell in the hallway was very unpleasant. This is not something we expected from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, it was a decent stay, but these issues should be addressed.

最高 Hotel was very clean and staff was exceptional. It is in a great location for night life. Breakfast was ok and plenty of choices. Donna at the front desk was great. Will definitely stay here again.

少しがっかり El check in se supone que estuviera listo a las 4pm y tan pronto llegue me indicaron que sobre vendieron la habitación y no tenían más disponible tendría que esperar al otro día. Me dieron otra habitación de una sola cama para 4 personas lo cual estuvimos súper incómodos. Y al otro día nos hicieron sacar nuestras pertenencias y dejarlas en el counter hasta que nos consiguieran otra habitación disponible. Fatal.
