Franklin was absolutely amazing helping us with checking in upon arrival!!! The breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff were kind and helpful. The 3rd floor had a weird smell but the 4th floor smelled very clean. One of the guests had a dog that didn’t know how to stop barking and go to sleep. Other than that, our kids enjoyed the pool and we were able to see the fireworks at SeaWorld.

Great breakfast in the morning! Spacious clean room. Helpful staff. My first time staying there and I will definitely go back the next time I go to Orlando.

The room i had booked said sleeps 5 with 2 queen beds as well as a pull out sofa bed.
The room had no pull out sofa and we were told since we had already used the bathroom that they couldn’t switch us and that they could give a roll out. I said no thank you because then the room would have no space for anything. I requested to be compensated or speak to a manager and was told there’s no manager there at that time and no compensation would be given. To top it off the ac was terrible and we were hot all night. Stay away from room 533 if you must stay here. It’s definitely not worth the money. Also they don’t have enough parking so you get to spend 15 minute s driving around looking for a parking spot.

Room was clean and large enough for two 10 year olds to play. The pool was great and the location was great for going to SeaWorld. We had a scheduled bus pick up to and from the hotel and if we needed to we could take a $5 Uber to SeaWorld. Great stay!

Great location, if maintained, could be rated much higher. The rooms were clean but dated. Curtains had holes in them; carpets were not clean; hot water takes time to get warm & if a lot of people use at same time doesn’t get hot just warm (maybe); gas grills need to be replaced, cannot start with out help or control flame, must be started by staff with fire clicker. Breakfast was good, multiple options. Charge for on-site parking. Located near Sea World, Nautica, Universal Studios, Disney, OC Convention Center. Good restaurants and pharmacies in short walking distance.
