Great hotel with a good breakfast. They gave us co-joined rooms for 4pp since we are traveling with kids. Very clean and has a laundromat service for a small fee. Walkable with lots of options around it, short walk to Dotonbori

I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice place and location

Was called “gaijin” by staff for checking in at 2:45pm instead of 3:00pm. On top of that Expedia and reviews regret to inform you of the heavy prostitution and “soaplands” literally surrounding the property. After a night out with my wife I felt a lil scared walking to property. On top of this linen was dirty and bathroom had mold, tv has like 2 channels. Buyers beware

Al llegar fue mucha confusión porque la dirección proporcionada por el hotel a la app de Expedia no es la correcta y me tocó dar algunas vueltas hasta que encontré el hotel. Aquí está todo automatizado desde el check-in hasta el check-out. El hotel está bien ubicado en la zona turística de Namba, y encontrarás mucho movimiento sin que eso permita que puedas descansar. En la noche puedes ir a ver las luces, el movimiento de la gente, la algarabía, la comida en Dotonbori, a unas dos cuadras del hotel. El desayuno está bueno, suficiente para tener una buena mañana.

Everything was fine, the breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean, is near from the mains sites to shopping and the train station about 7 min by walk. I like it very much and I recommend this hotel chain.

Booking an APA you know you will always get a clean room with all the amenities, location is good short walk to food & not to far from Namba station. Rooms are small for two people but this is quite normal imo
